Legal right of return in the EU
Buyers in EU countries have the legal right to return their purchase within 14 days. This period of 14 days starts the day after the date of receipt of the product. In the case of a film purchase, please note that a return is only possible if the film has been sealed and the seal is unbroken. So if there’s a chance you would have a reason to return a film, please ask us to seal the film at the time you order. Also, the product has to be in the same condition it was when it was sold. The buyer pays for return postage. We advise you to use the same method of shipping as was used when we shipped the film to you. After receipt of the returned products, we will send you a refund for the purchase price, using the same payment method that was used for the sale.

If you want to return your purchase, please notify us by email first, stating the order number, and then send the products well packed to:
Lijsterlaan 11
1403 AR Bussum
The Netherlands

Although we fully respect your legal rights as stated above, returning a product may not always be the best solution. In some cases, the cost of return shipping may almost be as high as the cost of the product itself. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before returning it.

Theatrical rights
